Please note your size in your cart before checkout, or email WisteriaStudioWA@gmail.com with your order number. If you are in between sizes, quarter sizing is available.

All jewelry (with the exception of made-to order pieces) will be shipped within 5 business days via USPS ground. All shipments will be insured. You will receive email notification when your purchase has shipped.
Expedited Shipping or Fabrication: I do my best to accommodate if you have a special time constraint. Please contact me directly via e-mail at WisteriaStudioWA@gmail.com. We can discuss details there.
I want you to be happy with your purchase! I stand behind my craftsmanship, so please contact me with any questions or concerns upon receiving your jewelry.
Items damaged during shipping – I will happily repair anything that arrives at your door damaged during shipment (free of charge). Please contact me to begin return process. You pay shipping back and I will cover it back to you when it is fixed.
Custom & Made-to-Order – Not eligible for return. However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship, I am happy to work with you to resolve the issue or accommodate any requests i see as reasonable ones.
I cannot be responsible for your carelessness or accidental damage to your jewelry. Scratches, dents, breakage, discoloration, and loss are all included in what I cannot be responsible for. Once your jewelry is in your possession, you are fully responsible for its care.
